He hit him with a good left uppercut. Then a couple or decent right hands. Nothing happened. You don't stop a guy by lifting him up. He didn't stagger, buckle touch down, become gun shy. Now Canelo, who never fought a middle, has become the kind of puncher who sleeps guys who have never been down in a vast amateur career and have fought some of the divisions biggest punchers. BTW, Matthew Hatton rated Brook as a better hitter than Canelo. But now we have mythical middleweight Canelo. Putting dudes to sleep despite the fact that when he landed on Cotto nothing happened.

    • Hope if they will ever meet, it won't happen when "it's too late" when people has completely lost their interest on this fight... it would be a shame.

I never recall a single hard clean shot landed on cotto, now I haven't watched the fight in a long time, but cotto also is much better defensively than gaylovekin, cotton defense is actually underrated greatly imo.

Mexico is a country and Mexicans are mestizo -- mixed race. I think that being African American is becoming more of a cultural identity than a race. African Americans are mestizos and becoming more so with each passing generation. There are a lot of haters in this world. What will they hate next when we all become mestizos? I am sure these self loathing creatures will think of something

The actual fact that is the only people he's put to sleep is Khan who is chinny and Kirkland who is wild and chinny. Both have been stopped in a round. Now compare that to Golovkin, never floored or stopped amatuer or pro, and has survived good middleweight punchers. Like I said, that's the evidence, the other stuff Is your opinion. Like him taking his power to middleweight, when he's history shows that's no certainty anyway
I said Alvarez will KO Golovkin. How many forms of a KO are there? Or are you only imagining every boxer finishing like Marquez PAC 4?

Do you know this history of the sport? It's known as a gentleman's sport. Part of that being you don't hit a man when he's not looking, while he's down...the match is man to man, no interference from friends like hoodlums like to do on the street. This was the roots of the sport. Being professional is largely gone, but thi s is its roots.

Cotto had NO problem KOing Geale for the 1st time or ROCKING Sergio like I've never seen before. Who took a SHT ton of GOOD hits from REALLY good Middleweights. And yet couldn't do sht to Canelo.

His hits must of HURT Lara who went straight into RUN mode after a few hits. When has Lara EVER ran like that???

Did that Rtard just say that ****** sht??? And I thought Pac had the DUMBEST boxing fans. GGG's make them actually look like they know a lil bit...

There are Ko's and TKOs. But I'm asking you what you base this on. What top class fighter has Canelo KOd or TKOd? Where are the big strong fighters he stopped? He landed on Mosley Trout ect but no KO or stoppage. Golovkin has been hit by good punchers at a higher weight, hasn't wilted. Where is this Alvarez who looks like he should be putting good middles to sleep? Where is Golovkin who looks like going down or being stopped?
