Seems like you're making a huge assumption that the energy gained from not draining 6 pounds will help him over come height and reach disadvantages by top MWs. He is a counter puncher without gifted feet or reflexes. This makes his success at MW an unknown.

Canelo's feet are cement, but his reflexes are pretty solid.
about the height and reach disadvantage that's truth but top fighters take that away ,about his sucess at MW, I'm just tellin you the boy is gonna be a killer, wait for it.

Top fighters take reach and height advantages away with their feet and reflexes, which you admit are cement and solid respectively. I'm not saying that he will be a bum at MW. Just that I don't project him to be special at MW. We will see though.
