It depends on how you rate Bud. I saw posts here saying Kostya is a one of the goats at 140. He is nowhere near it. But he was still a great, skillful and strong (he weighted as light heavy between the fights). I don't see people clame Bud is a goat.

Well yeah, that's called overrated by some people.
But the notion that Tzyu is some kind of a juggernaut (even after Philips fight) for some reason leaves between boxing fans. Always was a mystery to me.

Outside of Chavez and Pryor who else beats KT at 140? I don't think Floyd, Duran, Wilfred, or Pacquiao beat him at that weight he is just a terrible match up for a lot of guys.

Based off that fight, I think the perfect style to beat KT would be Porter of Porter was a natural 140.

He's a counter puncher with 1 punch KO power. Possibly the hardest hitter at 140 ever. Chavez is moving forward right into that power. I just don't see him even making it to the decision with Tszyu at any point of his career.

Tszyu was a precision puncher, as well as an excellent counterpuncher. Pryor, Arguello and Floyd I would have picked over him based on styles.
