But just within a division I think at heavyweight he is... or at least was, I doubt he ever does anything remarkable in the ring again..

I do give props to wlad, fighting fury, getting beat, and coming right back vs Joshua, with a long layoff inbetween..

Off topic but I wish more champs were like wlad.. he fought povetkin, Haye, fury, and now Joshua. I think he has faced more tests this decade than any other champ
K if we're talking purely heavyweights then yes fury WAS a level. Now who knows lol

As for Wlad, he is the last man to be a truly dominant divisional champion. Whatever the quality of the division he has faced and beaten almost every top contender possible.

AJ may well be the next such guy. Ggg is currently at middle but he's only been a legit champion for a fraction of the time Wlad was.

This ***** just said that Guerrero beats SRL. I'm done here.

cotto was prime when floyd ducked him in 2007-8. 5 years later and 2 savage beatdowns and cotto was much more docile which favored floyd. when cotto put the pressure on floyd we saw what happened. complete beatdown, but he was no longer that type of fighter and floyd knew this.

canelo sure but he was drained.

corrales, castillo, and a drained canelo and this guy is the best ever? hardly. he had a chance to be among the greats but he preferred to play it safe.
I would say even Canelo wasnt in his prime when he fought Mayweather (he was what 23?) He has developed a great deal since then, probably in his prime now.

You heard what I said, so its no need to lie. I said at the circumstatial disadvantages, SRL will get brutalized. A 36yr old SRL facing a man who is 10lbs bigger and taller, with longer arms, I have him losing.

I understand that boxrec ad tail of the tape claim Floyd is taller with longer arms than everyone, but that is clear absurdity. Ghost was big af, with much much longer arms.
