He said 'I'll sign this week'

If he hasn't turned them in by Friday he's simply delaying. I would reschedule the fight for 8 weeks later and request random testing through that entire period.

Wish it was just that easy to reschedule.

This is shady af. What's stopping him from signing those papers ASAP?

And yes it does buy him time cause think about it, he's taking his time to sign then you have all those days as well until VADA shows up to test him. If I was VADA I'd be there with those needles to test him as soon as he signs.
