There's no reason for testing papers not to be signed on the spot, it should be done and dusted in 5 minutes.

Brook stated yesterday that Spence has not signed. Boxrec normally lists the fighters enrolled in testing programmes. Spence is not listed for vada.

Spence may be trying to buy time and clean up. The ibf should propose an immediate signing. If it doesn't happen, remove his mando status and take him out of the top 10.

None of that will happen because money talks.

So, not only do they need to include VADA testing in contracts but now they also are gonna have to put dates on there so people like this dude don't delay testing.

No he doesn't.

Hearn confirmed Vada was in the fight contract, but that Spence still hasn't signed his actual VADA forms for the testing to begin.

If he hasn't turned them in by Friday he's simply delaying. I would reschedule the fight for 8 weeks later and request random testing through that entire period.
