Margarito didn't even fight that summer. Arum had Margarito wait all year for a fight with Floyd.

Your excuse is terrible. Mosley had called out Mayweather plenty of times.
Mosley had 2 fights that year and had planned time off then to fight soon after the date proposed by Floyd (November). Mosley said can you, Floyd, wait a month or 2 more? Floyd said NO!!!!
Mosley ended up fighting in February instead!!!
So Floyd who was ready to retire, preferred having Baldomir on his resume instead of Mosley!!! Sorry, but it does NOT look good for Floyd!Comment

Yup, here is what the head of the WADA TUE Committee had to say. Floyd should NOT have received a RETRO TUE. You do not get one as easily as USADA gave them out.
