For me GGG is already elite, up there with the like of Kovalev, Stevenson and Ward, what i won't start doing is tearing down Kovalev and Stevenson as to diminish the achievements of Ward when he beats them, you on the other hand ....
Canelo is far more skilled and it will show when they fight

Their is absolutely no way this guy beats him, is their am agenda at play here as it's one of Floyd's best wins ?

I was opposed to this fight but I want it badly now so that you'll see how badly GGG exposes Canelo and STOPS him.

I never realised Floyd blow hards had a vested interest but it's all a little more apparent to me now.

Tell me Larry Canelo has superior footwork to GGG, right ? It's been a while since I added a quote into my sig.

Umm canelo was hurt by the bad cotto. Miguel's cousin or brother I think. Brook technically was more skilled than ggg and got his face broke. Canelo fights ggg in 2 years when he's at his peak and ggg is in decline. Canelo could at least hurt him if he landed some great body shots and combos Imo. But he isn't taking a beating for 8 figures when he can fight Chaves Jr and others and make near that without a risk.

Jacobs ability to land his punches from a distance may prove to frustrate GGG. If he fails to use the Jab to maintain distance he will be on the floor in the 4th. But if he maintains the Jab and is able to loop over one of those power shots early GGG is in for a long night, may be TKOed by the 7th. To say that Jacobs can't thump is blasphemy

He HITS HARD, ALWAYS HAS....reminds me of when Clancy & Letterman were like, "I think the mystique of Foreman's power has been exposed" and BOOM Moorer's asleep.
It was a semi impulsive thread created after I saw what lemieux did Saturday. I stand by it though, and it's more of a commentary on ggg's chin and a fight prediction than any knock on Jacobs' power. Obviously it's an exaggeration to state that a guy with good power dosent have a puncher's chance, but I really believe it is EXTREMELY unlikely Danny has enough power to keep Gennady honest enough to win or even go the distance.
