Did you watch Lemieux vs GGG, what'd you think to GGG's defence that night we saw him against an opponent he respected, we'll come back to this conversation after the Jacobs fight too another opponent will respect due to firepower coming back his way. Gonna tag myself here so the post is easy to find and you can tell me how Canelo's defence is superior to GGG's.

But he isn't taking a beating for 8 figures when he can fight Chaves Jr and others and make near that without a risk.

Not comparable.
You forgot about the great Ishe Smith on Jacobs resume as well. People should check that fight out and see how often Jacobs was getting hit by the left hook. We all know how good GGG left hook is. Jacobs makes the same mistakes to this day.

Getting hurt by that guy is very analogous to pissing yourself in public. Embarrassing at any age

Jacobs can hit quite hard, let's not downplay this but GGG has faced Lem and taken his punches no problem. The best way for Jacobs to win is to overwhelm GGG with punches and win on volume.

There is likely no way out when it comes to golovkin..he will beat you slowly if he can....or he will hurt you if he has to...it only usually takes him about 3 rounds to decide which it is going to be and everybody watching knows when the decision has been made.
Good analysis, right on the money.
