All that proves is that Golovkin takes a better punch, which we can all agree on. But my God that was an awful rebuttal or an attempt at one.

Personally I still think Golovkin hits harder because he doesn't wind up his punches like Lemieux does and in reference to the Stevens KO, Stevens was bold enough to trade hooks with David and get caught wide open. He didn't afford Golovkin the same luxury.

Lemieux might hit harder than GGG in a single shot. The problem is he cannot take a punch as well a GGG and he is much worse in every other department. So it really doesn't count for much.

It's a pretty irrelevant thing to say. I might be able to throw a punch quicker than Baldomir or Angulo, but they would still beat the living daylights out of me in about 30 seconds flat.

DL´s left hook is a cannon, but GGG can throw any punch with either hand with serious power, coming from weird angles. That`s why he keeps hurting his opponents and DL knows all about it.. nothing against Lemieux here, he´s fun to watch and I really hope to see DL vs Eubank Jr in the future.

What the hell is going on in this thread? Lemieux thinks he has more power than Golovkin and I'd agree with that. He has proper one hit KO punching power, not something you really see from Golovkin.

He's not saying he's a better boxer than Golovkin or anything like that so you don't all have to lose your **** over a simple comment.
