Can you please provide me a link to the official ruling on the matter by UKAD? not Peter Fury or his team because last week according to you guys it was contaminated meats but months before that they said it was a supplement....wow which is it? surely this would of made front page on boxingscene.

According to Peter fury, the drug charges were lifted along time ago. Apparently Tyson told them to *** off because he felt harassed. that's what the suspension was for.

Given the incompetence of UKAD and the corruption in boxing it appears that Tyson Fury probably will be granted a license having served his suspension ( correction suspensions ) : we already know he used a loophole in the system to ensure him a shot at the titles he stole by being declared 'unfit ' with the sanctioning bodies in 'vacating' his titles at the same time he ducked a rematch with Klitsckho. Its nothing new in the HW division -- nothing to see here.

He tested positive for a miniscule trace and was cleared as it came up in parts of their supplements which had been approved.

The media made a **** storm of it and UKAD came running again and Tyson told them to piss off and got a suspension.

Edit: It could be that Uncle Pete has been informed by his lawyer that UKAD are going to drop their case and the hearing will be nothing but a formality. We'll all have to wait and see.

I clearly expressed they may be separate cases -- but I'm not going to press you on the matter or pretend to have insider information like you -- I'll wait for the official ruling ; not that it will have much affect on my opinion about Fury, you know its like how Lucas Browne manage to have his 'good' name cleared by his team for the Chagaev incident claiming he was set up then just like Tyson he gets popped by VADA months after they dropped the charges -- this is HW boxing.
