Have you ever been in a Cotto vs Margarito or Cotto vs Pacquiao thread? Yea...
Ha! How right you are...as you can see from the most recent posts.

DIAZ was not a good fit. Diaz was primarily a defensive amateur type of style. Cotto's best defense has always been his offense (especially body work), that's why Roach is a perfect fit for him. Diaz was all wrong, Cotto saw that and moved on correctly for once.

The Pacquaio fight selection of trainer was horrible, he basically trained his self for that fight. Joe Santiago??? Really... but I will eat that loss have to it was his choice and he got slaughtered. Wish he would have picked Emmanual for that fight.

Lol I haven't even bothered to look thru this thread. I'm just chatting it up with people quoting me and vice versa. Certain threads you can't read up on because you will lose a significant amount of brain cells for doing so.

What was he THINKING using a Nutritionist as a trainer against TROUT???

Pac got him on the scales. I was a lil sad to never see Pac return that favor??

Canelo the weight actually helped Cotto out but still wasn't enough...

Cheato I KNOW deep down CHEATED!!! No one not even Canelo or Pac messed up Cotto that bad. And the VERY next fight he was CAUGHT!!!

CHEATO went 3-3 after getting caught and not allowed to wrap his hands. Also never had another TKO either... Yeah he was cheating and ALL his prior wins should be suspect.

And Pacquiao hit him with everything often. Mind you this is the same Pacquiao that pretty much dislocated Margachitos eye socket after getting caught cheating and rearranged his face. One of the reason Cotto did not have good standing with Top Rank towards the end. Even after cheating they gave him a shot at Pacquiao for big money.

I still believe ONE of the reasons he left Diaz was because of the workout regime and Cotto does seem to be a bit on the lazy side as some people have pointed out through the years.

Not true, or at least the opposite has been said by Roach and his camp.

Also I went to a open training session he held before the Mayweather fight. Diaz put him through alot but it wasn't like Cotto seemed reluctant.
