What the fk garbage trinket were they fighting for anyway? These belt organizations are ridiculous handing out belts like skittles... I was at the fight and that **** was scary. They called for the stretcher instantly and he didn't move for a long time. Not sure if they showed it but Lemiuex did try to go over and see if he was ok but the medical team and everyone was surrounding Stevens at the time. KO of the year...

What a jackass? It's called prizefighting ******. Trash talking is part of boxing. Always has and always will. What a fighter attempts to do is try to garner enough interest in a fight, so that the public can purchase a lot of tickets and generate a large audience to watch the live telecast, so that they both can earn enough money and hopefully broaden their fan bases by their performances, in the process. It's not a blood sport. It's all about help making money.

Well Stevens did talk a whole lot of **** leading up but David could have shown a lil bit of respect and at least checked on Stevens. Then again in that moment I imagine he was still a little heated

Stevens does talk a lot of trash, but it is not like Lemieux doesn't. He dished out some himself on twitter leading up to the fight LOL

Personally I am just happy that both these guys saved us with supplying some holy sh|t moments for us yesterday, as the rest of the fights were rather lackluster.

Yea, it's weird that DL kills himself to make weight, yet he's such a doughy looking mofo. Guy desperately needs a good strength and conditioning coach.


Side note, didn't take long for some salivating GG fan to turn this into a discussion about his savior. Why does every guy who GG beat suddenly become a favorite of the GG crowd? I don't have a problem with Golovkin but there sure are a lot of simple-minded goons that freak out when they get a whiff of anything within 6 degrees of separation...
