I don't mind watching Lemeiux's explosiveness. He's an exciting guy to watch. But still, he made a decision to add more weight for a bigger chance in winning. How did Lemieux not know about the rule?

All the Cobra was doing was advancing Keith Idec's insinuation from the article. I think both guys did a good funny thing.
I mean we know Lemieux has fought numerous times at catches above 160 and a couple bouts sanctioned at the 168 limit. Younger Lemieux from 20-23 years of age had a thinner torso than what he's been usually rocking since GGG. I think it's hard for him to make 160. His eyes were all sunken in at the Stevens final weigh in, so you must wonder why he and his squad ''forgot'' about the followup weigh in.
This is Lemieux for the 165 catch against Rios. Dude looks like an Erik Morales vs Danny Garcia... I take it David was about 181.
22 year old Lemieux against Rubio... look at the torsos. It's not like David is in his mid 30s either.
I mean look at the IBF rankings from February. Which one of the top 7 would've taken the IBF protocol more seriously than Lemieux? I am really curious as to what Main Events were compensated for this. OR GBP's fine from the IBF. I mean I would have rather watched Murata or Eubank Jr. take a piece of Stevens as well if knew it were to go that route, and at least those kats would've advanced with better opportunities.

Bottom line is you'd be all for it as soon as the big guy is the one you favor to win the fight.
Charlo was huge when he fought Williams. As expected, Jermall is now moving up because he's too big for the division is in. Lemieux and Stevens are not even big guys. The Charlos, Andrade, are even bigger.

Lets not act like Charlo didn't weigh 175 plus in the ring against Williams, after making 154. The IBF seems to turn a blind eye to the preferred fighters.
