Floyd is full of it. He's only blowing hot air. He's in the middle of promoting his brand, so obviously he needs a few sound bites, just in order to get the public's attention, while bringing some much needed awareness to his promotional company and by keeping his name relevant in the process. He's not in the least bit interested in challenging a live opponent outside of Connor McGregor.
