Neither of those pacf@gs you're responding to have any credibility. They didn't follow the sport back then.

sure you have.....you're not a real boxing fan....you're bias pacf@g and its been proven in this thread. You've yet to present any facts....just bullcrap without context. You have paquiao **** deep in your ass so i can see why you don't have an unbias outlook on this matter.

Good try. From September 22, 2012. First negotiation was for a March 10th, fight!!!

Good try. This is in MAY 2010. Not for the March 10th fight. Cleary says:

Pacquiao says he would now be willing to take a blood test 14 days ahead of any fight with his American rival.
"I have agreed to it, but they should not draw much blood," he said.
Negotiations for a bout between the pair fell through earlier this year when the unbeaten Mayweather insisted on Olympic-style random drug testing.

In the run-up to their aborted March bout, Mayweather called for repeated blood testing up to the day of the fight. Pacquiao, who has never failed a doping test, wanted a 30-day cut-off.
Mayweather later said he agreed to a 14-day cut-off but that Pacquiao would not accept it.

Good try. From May 2010. After those PED's ran out of Pac's system. Furthermore, it states...

WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao has budged. The Filipino champion is now*willing to agree to Floyd Mayweather Jr.'s previous cut-off date for a random Olympic-style drug testing protocol. Earlier this year, the two sides failed to reach an agreement for a March mega-fight. The issue of random drug testing was the root cause for the failed negotiations.
The two fighters were unable to agree on the cut-off date for the blood tests. Mayweather wanted a 14-day cut-off on the tests, while Pacquiao wanted the random drug testing protocol to end 24-days before the fight. Now Pacquiao is willing to meet Mayweather's number.
A valiant effort. From MAY 2010....yawnnnnnn. Also says this:

Pacquiao’s camp earlier agreed to undergo tests 24 days before the fight, but Mayweather’s group insisted that blood should be taken 14 days prior to the fight.

Did I shoot down your links, now?

Marciano didn't come back to fight Liston, just like Floyd wouldn't come back to fight Spence. Floyd also retired the first time to duck Williams, and Margarito.

Floyd said that offer was off the table as early as January 2010....try again pacf@g.

So what you're saying is that it was 50/50 and a 14 day cut-off...but Pacquiao didn't accept.

                He later tried to accept.

That's what you're saying right? Why didn't he accept during the first negotiation?

BECAUSE HE WAS DUCKING...OR WAITING FOR THOSE PED'S TO EXIT HIS SYSTEM. PICK YOUR CHOICE, BIOTCH!

TELL ME, WHY DIDN'T HE ACCEPT 50/50 AND 14 DAY CUT-OFF FOR THE MARCH 2010 BOUT. LET'S SEE WHAT YOU GOT.

This is common knowledge isn't it.
I know you guys say Paquaio refused. I say they both walked away from the table, then the Mayweather camp had the out of court settlement for defamation.

"Marciano didn't come back to fight Liston"...............

Marciano retired at 29 yrs old because he wasn't able to train due to extreme back problems. Everyone in boxing knew he had serious back issues and his last year was the end.

As for Liston, Sonny wasn't even a ten round fighter when Rocky retired so there was no truths about Marciano ducking anyone.
He fought everyone that signed the paper and often gave return bouts to men who fought well against him.
