Damn, the most Fury can take off in two months while being healthy is 30 pounds, being 320 isn't good

Tyson Fury, the best heavyweight in the division will prove it once again despite all the haters. Wait and see.
Hugie gives Parker a boxing lesson which will make it twice as painful.

WHO needs this brainless idiot? The white punk on dope hopefully won't get a license from BBBofC. And do we really want to hear anti-Semitic, ****phobic and sexistic remarks again?

Diet coke also...But when a whale orders two racks of ribs, extra scalloped taters and blue cheese dressing on salad with breadsticks, with said diet coke, well....

But seems to me in a good workout one can lose 5 pounds, if he is a little heavy for a few tune ups, even a lot heavy, he can do it.

I don't want to minimize Fury's task at hand, I certainly hope he takes it seriously, but unlike virtually all the other guys coming up, Fury has good fundamentals, and experience, having fought and been around the ring from an early age. What this means is that for his camps he really only has to get in shape and get his timing back, he has the skills and seasoning. He does not need to develop, and could probably fight a few tune ups at a heavy weight without killing his knees, if he is careful.

If I were his corner I would tune him up against a guy who is none to mobile, let him get his timing back, shake the rust off and then see how it goes from there.

Guy is going to look awful for a couple fights, we should all be prepared. 350 pounds is absolutely massive. 90 pounds is going to take 1+ years.

              Good luck to Tyson..

                .
5lbs in a workout? 5lbs of fat is around 17500 calories, tell me a workout that can burn that much.

That's a lot of weight to shift, but he does seem to lose it quite quickly usually.
                  Hmmmm I wonder how.

Yea that seems a little exaggerated to me. I lose weight like CRAZY and when I was training I could lose 5 lbs in a week. But in a workout? Yea...
