Listen to me, man. GGG by KO RD 5-8. The only time I have picked the wrong fighter is that draw with DeGale-Jack. I might not have gotten the type of victory right but I have gotten the winning fighters right. I am better than that gypsy.

I'm waiting for the day of the fight to make my pick. But I have a question. Why do we only get to pick from one fight? I want to pick that Gonzalez fight.

One per week, man. Can't spend time do a bunch of research per week.

Fair question. RG is over 20/1 to win, I didn't think it was a particularly interesting matchup. But I probably should include a few skewed matchups to give people the opportunity to possibly guess a major upset.

Also as siablo said it's a bit simpler to do 1 a week but we can consider exceptions in future weeks. If you feel like there are any fights coming in the future you want me to include the game, let me know.

Gennady Golovkin says Daniel Jacobs has MORE POWER than him ahead of the two boxers clashing at Madison Square Garden on March 18

GENNADY GOLOVKIN believes Daniel Jacobs “has more power” than him ahead of the pair’s showdown in New York.

Speaking ahead of the blockbuster boxing clash at the Madison Square Garden, New York, on March 18, Golovkin said: “He is a very good fighter and maybe has a little bit more power than me.

“He has big power and he is a very good boxer.

“He is one of the most dangerous for me. He is very good in the ring. He is a good boxer with good technique. I respect him too, he is a very good man.

“Of course I feel that I have power and it is very important to me and I can feel the power in my punches. I get that from hard work and practice.”

Golovkin went on to describe Jacobs as his “biggest test”, but insisted that all the hard work has been put in to deal with this.

He added: “I feel great and training camp has been great. I’m ready for March 18 to fight Danny Jacobs.

“I am happy because I work hard every day for the last two months to three months. Right now is my last week and next week is the fight.

“Of course – this is my first fight of the year and he is a tough guy and a great fighter and I am very excited for this fight and this year.”

While Golovkin brings a perfect record into the squared circle, Jacobs has suffered one defeat in his professional career.

That came back in 2010, when he was stopped in the fifth round by Russian Dmitry Pirog.

And less than a year after that fight it was discovered the US boxer was suffering from a rare form of bone cancer.

He underwent a series of operations and radiotherapy, but incredibly made his comeback 17 months after diagnosis with a first-round knockout of Josh Lutheran.

Golovkin is big favourite for the victory, but as the Ukrainian points out himself, Jacobs punch-power means he has, as they say in boxing, a puncher's chance of causing a big upset.

The more I think about it, the more happy I am with the reduced bonuses. If one fighter is getting creamed in the poll, it is likely that a large number of the people picking the favorite are using their multipliers.

So if the big underdog wins, it's a double whammy - they get a bonus and the other side loses multipliers.

I was going to ask about bonus points. Jacobs shocks the world...
