Like people are pointing out -- there may have been a time when Provo was overrated -- but that time has passed.

Nobody overrates him anymore. He is what he is. A strictly come forward, bombs away fighter with atrocious defense.

I don't even think Ruslan is B level. He's a C level guy with tons of heart and above average punching power.
