Both Fury's have/had pending cases because they got caught juicing.

The reports of him and Hughie being caught juicing are so unclear. Nobody has really come out and give official confirmation of whats happening. It seems like there is a case but the first mention of it was from a tabloid newspaper and nothing since.

It would be good to get some clarity on the situation. I'd heard he and Hughie were banned until May, which makes sense. That might be why he's coming back until May and Hughie can't fight Parker until then?

Whoever told you that is talking crap. How can they be banned if their cases haven't even been heard yet? That's what the BBBoC were complaining to UKAD about last week.

The accusations are scheduled to be ruled on by a legal tribunal sometime in April. Hughie has signed to fight Parker in May and now Tyson is talking about making his comeback around the same time. Clearly, they both expect to be cleared.
