Of course Wilder & Parker want a lucrative fight on british PPV in Bellew's hometown. Boxing is all about money & not about pleasing the complaining armchair/keyboard boxing fans. They would both get paid handsomely for giving Bellew a title shot. Cry all you want about Wilder wanting a Bellew fight. It's the same reason Haye wanted the fight instead of his title shot at Parker. It's called money & unless you buy the PPV or are flying to his fights to attend your opinion really means nothing...

The Wilder fight would look awful. Wilder needs to fight better opponents. Whereas Parker does need to make himself known to the UK market to maximise his earning potential.

It is hard not to make all these assertions without the premise that Joshua keeps winning. If Wlad Sparks him that changes the landscape dramatically with Fury retired. We say we have the best heavyweights which we do but if the top 2 are taken out, not so much.
PARKER HAS A RESUME FULL OF NO NAME BUM AND YOU HAVE TH NERVE TO BASH WILDER SMH..... WILDER VS JOSHUA IS THE NEXT BIG FIGHT AND BEATING THAT BUM BELLEW WILL HELP WILDER MAKE A NAME IN ENGLAND..... NO ONE CARES ABOUT PARKER

A world champion would allow for Bellew to do another ppv Parker should take this but it does nothing for the benefit of his career just his bank balance. Against Bellew Haye wasn't throwing anything meaningful, if Parker touches Bellew he'll vaporise him.

True. Wilder is probably only making about $1.5m a fight according to Hearn. He will make $5m or more if he comes to the UK to fight Bellew. Who wouldn't take $5m for what they would consider easy nights work? - Parker can't be making huge money in New Zealand either. So same applies to him.

I don't blame Bellew for wanting it either. There's little money at Cruiserweight and he might as well just ride the wave now and make as much as he can. He has nothing to lose really.

It's so obvious that Parker and his team are set on not facing Wilder.

Wilder is a 9 year pro and an American and a title holder with 5 defences.

As you say 'nobody cares' about Parker. He fights at the other end of the world so he needs exposure especially in the UK.

Wilder the UK casuals know. There is also a su****ion about him now that his team guide him down the path of least resistance. That would be a cruiser Bellew. Nobody wants that surely? Not even Wilder fans.

Yeah if Parker's leg falls of it MIGHT be

Theres no other greater boxing experiences than seeing eddie hearns distraught face at his prize asset fast asleep on the canvas.

and then having to explain why he put this blown up fat pudding in with a real heavyweight

                  JP might actually kill him

More competitive than a Wilder fight.

And just the length of Parker. Bigger unit and more powerful and will stop Bellew but you can see Bellew having some success. It would be a boxing match.

Wilder would likely march forward with impunity and swing for the cheap seats until he levelled Bellew. That fight would look horrendous for however long it lasted.
