Cable companies are ruthless. I don't see them saying "if the fight does X amount, we'll only take this much."


Do you also have a link where the fight did 70 million from international sales? I highly doubt that to be true... Highly doubt it..

I can see a scenario where foreign providers, all together, would maybe pay 20 million...

I'll grant 560 million with merchandise and closed circuit sales, and foreign providers. Ok, even 600 million..

Unless I see proof that cable companies agreed to take less than the standard close to 50%, then I remain unswayed.


Floyd did not make anywhere close to 300 million even before taxes.

He didn't make 300 mil, but made way more than 100. Also the TV distributors only take from the PPV revenue not the whole revenue.

floyd is all over the place here.. so the reason why the pac fight didnt happen the first time was because manny has a boss and floyd doesnt. then he goes on and say the first time he was offer only $50mil for the pac fight, he was patience and ended up with $300mil. so pac having a boss wasnt the reason why the fight didnt happen at first, it was floyd being patience so he can maximized his share.
