In The last decade I think its only Lennox Lewis & Vitali Klitschko that have stopped on top.
Ofcourse also Tyson Fury if he never returns.

Is it just coincidence that Haye was rumored to have an Achilles injury before the fight...and now he has had Achilles surgery after the fight?

He definitely had an injury before the fight. The problem is he cannot re-shedule or pull out of this fight. He has done so previously and he would never be allowed on sky ever again if he pulled out. I think he still thinks he would have enough for Bellew (couple of rounds) but bellew was still there half way through. He took some big shots which i don't think we all expect him to take from Haye.

i have nothing against jousha, but hearn will shed a lot of tears if josuah were to lose, the biggest cash cow matchroom has getting beat by a old man, who fury beat with ease
