Is it just coincidence that Haye was rumored to have an Achilles injury before the fight...and now he has had Achilles surgery after the fight?

Its pretty clear he was injured going into the fight. He fought very weird and his foot stance looked off

First we had Dr. Anthony Joshua with his "googling of the doctor Haye went and saw", and Joshua said the guy specializes in knees, so it was a knee lol. Now we have Dr. Hearn saying it was a shoulder niggle before the fight (every bookie site listed it as an achilles niggle before the fight, as I'm sure Eddie knows). Take nothing away from Bellew for winning, but Eddie is tainting it saying that it was pure and true.

when did eddie hearn become a doctor and also recipient of a ruptured achilies tendon? how would he know if it would be too painful for haye? adrenaline can keep you on your feet with a broken ankle. like bellew claiming he broke his hand....still throwing it but i dont hear hearn saying he must have only sprained the hand.
