The old Roy Jones combo; touch to the temple, crush to the body. That left to the body is savage.

I expect to see a LOT of body work from him next time out.

Hate just seemed too bulky now. Always likely belles would be sharper.
Hate offered no excuses as he hoped people would know iuts obvious he had bad leg.
Hate can't retire on that. He needs to lose weight to beat belles though

How about Bellew vs Roy Jones at cruiserweight? Or Bellew vs Hulk Hogan in crossover charity match?

Agree. I don't see all that much money to be made with Wilder, Parker or Lil Fury. He should wait for Haye, talk Joshua into a rivalry or try to get Tyson Fury into the ring. Thats probably his top 3 options right now.

They both cash out last night. Bellew now has another opportunity to cash out again if he gets one of Wilder or Parker at Wembley.

David is the most injury prone boxer out there. First the toe vs Klitschko and then the two pullouts vs Tyson Fury and now the achilles tendon. If you do some research you'll find he even had more dramas when he was at Cruiser Weight. As much as I love David Haye I think this could be the end.

It was never going to work against top heavies, and the Wlad farce showed it.
You havent watched his career if you think that style was specifically for heavyweight lol

For those that don't know, the achilles tendon is regarded as the toughest in the body and for it to rupture/tear, theer has to be some severe force or continued, long term damage. I assume there was already inflammation there but for how long? I'm not sure. Paulie saido n the broadcast he wasi n Miami for training when Haye was there and he looked explosive.

What was the time frame for Haye moving from Miami back to England and the injury occurring?

I reckon the fight would have been postponed if Haye hadn't had all that hate from the fans from his previous postponements.

the injurt itself is pretty easily treated but the recovery is going to be problematic if Haye wants to box again, especially at 36 and especially with his style.
