      No....

He is a jack of all trades, master of none type fighter... nowhere near the level of Roman, ggg, Ward, rigo, loma

This. He needs to rematch and beat porter and then fight Spence/brook to Crack top 10. And Danny was on nobodies p4p lists for a reason. Was good at 140 then came bogus decisions to Herrera and others. Then got a vacant belt at 147 that he didn't earn and zero wins against top welterweights.

Brook has a more legit win against porter and Herrera beat Danny and neither of them are p4p.

Is this one of those 'quantum alternative universe' things, where black is white and up is down?

Cause I only know of the one fight between the two, where Thurman clearly won a really good fight.

The top of the top 10 P4P is way above the bottom of it. If you add in Kovalev you have locked in the shoe-ins for top 10 places. The rest isn't so certain.

There is plenty of room around 8, 9 and 10.

You need to be the man in your weightclass beaten the best or have to be extremely dominant in your wins to be in p4p. Thurman hasn't been winning in dominating fashion and he hasn't beaten the best at 147. Manny, Brook all have belts and legit claim to best 147 in the world. And some argue Spence is better then all of them. Thurman has tons to prove at 147.

I would put guys like canelo, Crawford, Mikey, Bradley, manny above Thurman..

I even think guys like Brook, charro and maybe Estrada are better

Hell, Stevenson might be slightly better..

Thurman is a great action fighter, but his skills are not the greatest and not elite... his greatest asset is his will to win and heart IMO

Thurman didn't clearly win that fight. He clearly beat Danny but the porter fight was close and could of gone either way with many feeling porter won. There is no doubt that he has to rematch porter.

They might be. But they don't have a resume to back it up. Unless you don't include resume at all in pfp
