but in reality, it was not that close!!!

Thurman coasted after round 9. I thought that he could have made a big mistake doing that and it almost happened (SPLIT DECISION).

unfortunately i didnt get to see the fight but sounds as if most people had thurman winning fairly wide, couldnt believe people were tipping garcia in the build up to win

Thurman clearly won, glad he didn't get robbed. Garcia landed some good shots in the second half of the fight, but Thurman was in control of the fight. He even won some of rounds coasted in.

I had Thurman winning 117-111, but I could see Garcia winning another round, maybe two if being generous. I don't think Garcia did enough to earn a draw and he definitely didn't win.
