Hell no. Not on my pfp list. Everybody has a right to their own list since pfp is opinion based and can't be proven. Put him at the top of your list if you want. He lost to Herrera and just barely beat Peterson on my scorecard. I think there are at least 25 boxers in this world who are better than Garcia pfp.

I think Garcia is a good fighter but I wouldn't say top 5 p4p.

I always had Garcia in my top 5 P4P ever since he defeated Lucas Matthyse back in 2013. I remember that year where everyone was saying Garcia is a cherry picking coward like Mayweather and now both him and Mayweather was going to lose to the Machine and Cinnamon on Mexican Independence Day weekend. Both win and they still didnt get their just due. I was saying since if Garcia beat Matthyse, everyone should shut up and respect his crown and put him top 5.

People want to point to close decisions and little stepping stones as an excuse to not give him credit. However GGG and other bum killers populate everyones top 5. None of those guys except Ward and Kovalev have any argument to be above Garcia. Garcia has already answered questions and once again its the same narrative. All y'all doing is making another monster ala Floyd Mayweather. Wake up. DSG top 5 P4P.

Why would anybody put him top 5 pfp for winning a fairly close fight with Matthysse? Nobody had Matthysse in the top 5 pfp. Run your own pfp list anyway you want. That's fine. Who the hell are you to tell all of us we should put Garcia top 5 pfp or even put him on the list at all?????? Other than Matthysse what outstanding fighters did Garcia ever beat? Khan? A guy who lost to Peterson and was KOed by Prescott. Morales? A way way past prime old boxer. Who are all these great fighters Danny beat? I can't think of any. Garcia went well over a year without defending his 140 pound belts. He lost to Herrera on most scorecards and just edged out Peterson. Garcia has never beaten a top welterweight to date unless you consider washed up Paulie and Guerrero top welterweights. There are many undefeated boxers in this world with better records than Garcia and with no debatable wins.

If ppl have GGG or Crawford but not Garcia it shows they boxing knowladge ,some have LOma but proven 140 champ and 147 champ is not in top 10 ,ppl just dont like him.

Being in Top5 P4P means you are best in sport, head and shoulders above average fighters, means you dominate your opposition.
When you get 7 close decisions in your last 12 fights, some very debatable, you are clearly NOT above.
