The closer this fight gets, the more I feel for Bellew... he's in danger of taking some serious damage. This type of fight is not good for boxing's image at all!

I've had people asking about the fight who don't watch boxing so the hype is getting through to the casuals. Hard to know how to respond to, "So, who do ya think's gonna win on Saturday? Haye or Bellew??", though. SMH

This seems like a battle of who's cashing in more. Haye for fighting uncompetitive opponents, once again, for the duration of his "comeback" or Bellew for being willing to trade some brain cells for his best payday.

It has definitely caught the casual audience. This will do good numbers.

I have had loads of people ask me about this fight. And a lot of casuals give Bellew a shot. Hell, even some hardcores are!

He said it himself, Haye wouldn't have ever chosen this fight.

But the fans asked for it and he's getting paid a fortune for it so who can blame him?

Yeah it's just like the Harrison fight; the demand from the public is there. Any decent manager would kill him for not taking an easy fight that the public wants to see for a shitload of money.

Respect to Bellew though... most guys talk their way into fights like this knowing full well they're coming to get chinned for a big check (Audley). I think Tony actually believes he can win this one... hey, good on him.

                  Definitely.

Bellew believes it because he's deluded He's done an amazing job convincing people though.

If I'm honest I can't wait. I've brought the PPV.
