It's called negotiations, let them decide that but I dont understand why people keep bringing that up like they are gonna get a percentage of the deal. All in all, that offer is unfair to GGG but they will determine that on their own. GGG is the champ and should be getting respect in the financial sense. How many belts Canelo has? Zero. Thank you.

The standard split has always been 55/45. Nowhere in the rules does it say that isn't the case anymore. Everyone involved in boxing say it was 55/45. B...bb...bbut it doesn't say it specifically anymore so they're all wrong.

you trolls are all missing the point. It wouldnt make a dimes worth of difference if the split was 55-45, 70-30, or 90-10. That fight was NEVER going to get made via a purse bid, and everybody knew that.

Bottom line was if Canelo didnt like WHATEVER split was potentially at play in a purse bid, all he had to do was MAKE AN OFFER.

Hint: that never happened. No negotiations. No offer. No nothing. Just Canelo bending over and saying "here's my belt papi"
