This guy has taken some damn hellacious beatings over his career. I was rewatching the Garcia fight and in round 4 he was getting pummelled. I'm worried the guy may have permanent damage.

Hard to predict how somebody that ****** will behave but my guess is he'll cash out his chin a few more times, retire on a streak of 5 KO losses and post on twitter from the hospital how proud he is to go out on top. Then get kicked out of the hospital for livestreaming a wank in the waiting room.

Khan hasn't taken that much punishment in his career. He has been KOed 3 times and it didn't take that many punches to KO him. Canelo did it with a single punch. A rugged aggressive fighter with a good chin an a poor defense like Rios, Margarito and Angulo get hit with about 10 times as many hard head punches as Khan does in a career.

This. You are far better off getting stretched than taking a 10-12 round beating. Obviously it gets easier to get KO'd the more it happens, but Khan has never just got his ass whipped in a fight. Khan won't retire and I'm not overly concerned with his glass jaw no more than he fights. Sucks imo that the guy will still get paydays when there are far more deserving fighters at WW, but it is what it is.
