Brook has one good quality win and Garcia is finally fighting a real welterweight.

It's an eliminator but not quite prove who's the best in the division.
I agree with this assessment completely.

I agree with that. Especially since the fight is between 2 top 10 welters with no clear favorite.

      Other ones..
Pac vs Bradley (no surprise, Pac was clear favorite)
      Bradley vs JMM
      Thurman-Porter

What is nice about 2017 so far... it seems like there will be great fights at 147 this year.

          Manny n Tim

are still the best in the division. Theyre definitely older but still #1 n #2 respectively. I'll rank the winner of Thurman/Garcia #3, Brook #4, loser of Thurman/Garcia #5 and Spence #6 as of right now.

No, the top dog would be determined by the winner of this fight going against the winner of the Brook / Spence fight and tossing Pac in there somewhere. Whoever wins between those 5 fighters, is the king of 147.

Nah winner still needs to beat PAC to claim the throne at 147.

I do definitely think you need to include Manny in the mix and probably the winner of Brook-Spence.

who you think would win is not the same as who has accomplished the most.

undefeated WBC vs undefeated WBA trumps IBF coming off a loss vs unproven prospect.

Keep creating your own reality lol. Manny shits on both of them, Brook after he beats Spence too.

Tim bradley is not top 5. I respect the guy's toughness and all that, but his ww resume is boo boo, and he's not active enough. He hasn't fought in a year, and i haven't heard any talk of him fighting anytime soon.

If we're going to **** on Manny for not taking tough fights anymore, then idk what to say about bradley, who fights the same guys manny does, but a lot less often.
