No, Spence vs Brook will. Either Spence or Brook beats both these guys.

While Thurman-Garcia is a great matchup. How can this fight be for the top dog at 147 when Garcia hasn't fought at 147 before? Garcia is skilled and should be a contender at welterweight but I don't agree with Dibella. He's just talking as a promoter for this fight. Not being real.

In fact, in terms of welterweight standing, I think Brook vs Spence Jr has more significance.

I think of it more of an eliminator, the winners of both these fights should fight to make that determination

No it will not! Brook is the top dog but the winner of both fights should face each other to decide who will take over 147. It seems like Manny & Bradley are on they way to retirement!

              Thurman-Garcia
              Brook-Spence Jr.
              Pacquiao-Khan

This is how I see play out.
If Brook and Pacquiao win, I expect them to face each other later this year in the UK.

If Spence wins, and Pac wins... Pac will face the Thurman-Garcia winner. Spence will end up facing Peterson or the Porter/Berto winner.

that said, if garcia beats thurman, he'll have the biggest win in recent years among the current ww's.

Based on resume Pac and Bradley are head and shoulders the best in the division now that Money May has retired.

The young guns Thurman, Spence are finally getting major fights.

Brook has one good quality win and Garcia is finally fighting a real welterweight.

It's an eliminator but not quite prove who's the best in the division.
