With negotiations underway (anyone who thought differently was a moron) it crossed my mind that the winner of this bout should still be considered number 1 P4P. However, though Dre got the close decision, he isn't considered number 1 by many. If Kov won the split nod would you face considered him number 1 after taking the 0 from a P4P fighter like Dre?

its shocking that people dont consider ward number 1. if he can win fights taht he clearly loses how can you beat him? he must be the best.

Ward is P4P King as soon as Floyd left and Hopkins loss.

I consider Ward #1 since beating Kovalev, but if Kovalev won he should have been #1

that fight was close and could have gone either way. i consider ward #1 and kov #2 pfp right now. if kov had gotten the decision i would have him #1 and ward #2.

Wasn't KOvalev regarded as p4p no. 1 before the fight anyway? Ofc Gonzo had the Ring nod but a lot of people had that position for Kovalev.

Currently have them #1 and #2 P4P since I had the first fight a DRAW because I still have Round 10 EVEN after watching it like 5 Times but anyway talked about the first fight enough. Yes once again the winner of this is #1 P4P! Not sure how long they will remain because if Loma gets up to 135 and beat a Mikey Garcia that can elevate him #1 IMO

No because I didn't turn my TV off that night knowing who the better man was. In the NBA we need a best of 7 series to determine who the best is. I think these fighters are evenly matched and it will take more than 1 fight to get closure.

no. Wasnt particularly impressed with either fighter in that fight. Didnt look like the best two fighters in the world to me, swear i watched a different fight to everyone else.
