If Stiverne don't want it (I'm sure he is waiting for Don King to work some magic & get him the next shot. I never count out King) then make this fight the WBC final eliminator. This is a great matchup of 2 top contenders who fight under the same promoter. Keep it in the family like Don King use to do. Ortiz isn't getting any younger & he didn't look too good against Scott but I don't think Whyte would still be standing if Ortiz hit Whyte with some of the shots Chisora hit him with. Very interesting fight & it makes sense to me...

Chisora vs Whyte was a poor fight, two unconditioned slobs who should have been fighting eight rounders instead of 12. Both guys couldn't put two shots together, if either could they'd have finished up, both landed huge shots but couldn't follow through with a fight ending second. Guys like Ortiz, Parker, AJ, Klitschko and Wilder can end shyt with one, Chisora and Whyts haven't that ability or pop.

That is why I consider Chisora & Whyte fringe contenders. I doubt either will ever win that next level fight. That was a pretty entertaining fight. I enjoyed it & so did many others.

Terrible standard of boxing. Fun for it's worth but an exceptional low level of skill.

I would rather watch a good slugfest like that than 12 rounds of boredom. Fan friendly scrap that was enjoyed by most. Each to their own I guess.

I think Whyte regressed the moment AJ first hit him, he'd never fought just trying to survive before, AJ took his soul.

Whyte is suffering from the typical syndrome GGG leaves his opponents with, a broken shattered mind.

As much as I'm not convinced by AJ he's a credit to boxing.

The Anthony Joshua defeat has probably effected him mentally, he's the typical subjective wannabe alpha male! everything is subjective to him, this is a very emotionally draining way to live! This is also one of the reasons why when Tony Bellew faces David Haye? the notion that he has got nothing to lose is a big mistake! David Haye can potentially end Bellew's career on March 4th psychologically! Bellew's already breaking down mentally right now.....

I have a desire to see a high standard of boxing, not so much the level in which they operate. UK domestic level is of no concern to me.

I watch all levels of Heavyweight boxing in the pro ranks. I'll watch trialhorses, journeymen, domestic all the way to championship level. Don't really care about lower weight classes too much nor do I watch amateur fights. There are so many good fights at the lower levels that many don't ever see. A lot of times that is where the most evenly matched fights take place. I just like to see a good fight. I don't care if it's sloppy because sometimes that can be pretty entertaining. What I don't want to watch is Klitschko jabbing & grabbing or Malik Scott running a track meet. I want to see big exchanges & quality action. It doesn't matter what level it is at as long as I'm entertained.
