Strange how that is lost on a boxing adviser, isn't it? When fighters actually want to fight multiple times a year there will always be some overlap in discussions. On the other hand, when your guy fights once every 8-12 months, I suppose you wouldn't necessarily grasp the concept.

Agree that Jacobs is a challenge, but GGG is training the same way he does for every single fight, up in Big Bear. He rarely talks much during training camp. Steve Kim went up there a week or two ago, as he does during most camps. Otherwise, they will likely have a media day at the gym a bit closer to the fight as per usual. So how is this different than his other training camps?Comment
