Vacant titles have to be won by someone don't they? Never understood the logic of hating on a guy for winning a vacant belt....he still had to fight for it. What's the sanctioning body supposed to do, just give it to who they think the best guy in the division is? In reality, all belt holders who aren't #1 in the division are paper champions.
