Bramall Lane would be cool for his Sheffield fans.

But at least this might be a good, competitive bout...might.

If its at the O2 I'll probably get tickets.
Matchroom main stable fights are always going to be PPV. There new NEXT GEN series is probably what we will have for free as the cost of production is significantly less.

If Brook wins he should aim for the Garcia-Thurman winner.

            Khan has blown it.

its not free, skysports has a subscription lol

The next gen are going to be brought up fighting bums (as prospects are). Its not even worth watching tbh.

All the ppv events have largely been crap. I ron sky before the matchroom monopoly started. PPVs were largely reserved for genuine stars and big title fights. I disagree with that but at least there was a standard, now there is none.

****ing hell...I don't see the PPV model working for everyone. Its going to quickly get oversaturated and when supply is higher than demand, cuts or changes will have to be made.

well luckily the ppv model isnt that big in the UK anyway, so I don't see how it will get any better because the quality of fights are seriously lacking.

Right now, its built on the back of AJs draw and nothing else. If he loses or his performances drop off, thats it.

But the ppvs in the uk are pretty cheap, I just dont buy them on principle and the fact that 99% of cards are utter trash

UK boxing was ****e from the early 00's until circa 2012, thats why you never saw PPV's.. because the country didnt give a ****. Now the casuals give a massive ****.. it's PPV galore. The exception to the rule in that time-frame was calzaghe and i remember his fights being broadcast on setanta for free, which then went BUST lol.

Eddies a business man, they all are and when the casual outnumbers the hardcore by over 10/1 in the buyers market he wont give a **** whether you all think the events worth 16.95 or not because he'll rake it in from the post 08/12 olympic boxing casual fans. It won't change just because the minority of us know better.
