Yeah he does and all you Connelo groupies know it. Just want to make excuses for the fight not happening. Conello called the G man in the ring trying to look tough in front of his fans. Then 2 weeks later GGG says give me my belt and your boy handed it to him then went and hid under Oscars skirt. Total punk move. And a lot of his peers called him out on Twitter for it.Comment

By the way how many delays has GBP put up to avoid this fight? Who called out who in the ring? Who gave up the wbc belt to avoid a manditory fight? Who is the 4 belt champ of the world? Who is knocking every one out? who is willing to fight him? It's funny how some of you who defend Connello, then blame GGG ,but leave out important facts to justify the ducking that's preventing this fight.
Who said he would do 154 for one guy but couldn't come in a pound heavier for the fighter that small guy beat?
I get the arguments some Lil g fans are making.
Under other circumstances I'd completely agree with them.
But, Lil g has only himself to blame for the extremely valid rebuttals to his position.
If you are guilty of attempting to dictate unfair contracts when you are perceived as the A-side, how in hell can you complain when a fighter obviously the A-side to you tries to treat you the same way?Comment

Here's the problem.
Canelo is a much bigger star compared to Lil g
than Mayweather was compared to Pacquiao.
So, Pac turning down a flat fee is not comparable to Lil g doing the same.
And that is now especially true given the vastly different economic climate for boxing even this short couple of years later.
When you take everything into account, 15M is a good offer- even if it is "unfair".
And hindsight may very well prove that it should have been snapped up.Comment

Who said anyone from 154 to 168, then couldn't see doing the biggest fight of his life at 155?

Just proved my point lets drain GGG so we have an advantage over him even though he knows on fight night he will out weigh him. Throw that 154 diva **** out the window. Wbc middle weight champion 160 title holder disgraced all Mexicans by calling out G man in the ring and making excuses not to fight him and handing the belt over. All you guys that defend this are bunch of punks not boxing fans. Start putting pressure on your boy instead of defending his ducking and excuses for the fight not happening.
The "he is 170+ on fightnight" argument is irrelevant.
Tim Bradley and Brandon Rios regular hit the ring fightnight at 165+...does that make them middleweights? Is Kell Brook a middleweight since his last fight was there?
If 154 or 155 is draining a guy that weighs 165 a month out from his middleweight title defense, the same guy who swears he can make 154 for someone else, then I don't know what draining is.Comment

Ok GGG has never made up his own weight class to avoid a fight or have an advantage over any boxer he's faced period. Also it was his own fault for accepting a fight at 152 to fight Floyd. Then getting schooled now wants to say I'm the star I fought the best I call the shots after getting out classed and out worked. How does working off a loss for the last 3 years work for a resume and make you The so called boss because the main face in boxing retires.Comment

The only small fighter GGG fought at 160 was brook because Eubank dad went full control freek and wanted to hijack the promotion. So Brook was a replacement for the Eubank Jr fight falling through.Comment
