  • Comments Thread For: Klitschko Banking on Experience To Push Him Past Joshua

Wladimir Klitschko is counting on experience to help him regain the IBF, IBO and WBA heavyweight titles when he faces Britain's Anthony Joshua at Wembley Stadium in April. Klitschko, who was unbeaten for 11 years before losing the belts to Tyson Fury in 2015, turns 41 next month and has 64 wins and four defeats in his 20-year career.

A few years ago, Wlad would have steamrolled Joshua and treated him like a little punk @#!$%.

Now? Wlad seems to be shot. He's old. Experience isn't enough - even though he has a lot of it. The question is whether he will go out with dignity or without.

How much will you cry if Joshua Ko's Wlad in the first 30 seconds? or will you go straight to the obvious response of 'Wlad was too old, prime Wlad would've beaten him easy'

sometimes thats all a vet has left. may lived off of experience for the longest. its what vets do.

youngsters make silly mistakes. force things to happen.

              Wlad still can punch.

HW's can change/end a fight with one shot.

But I think Joshua ends it before the 8th.

He'll show enough respect early, but he'll eventually take the fight over and end it.

Wlad will beat Joshua and make it look pretty easy. If it wasn't for Klitschko's ring rust it would be a mismatch.
