Mayweather by easy KO even if he was 48 years old. Mayweather was a champion for nearly all of his years between 21 and 38. Khan was KOed by Garcia nearly four years ago and has never been a champion since then and probably never will be a champion again.

kev, i have watched several of amir khan's fights, i didn't see amir khan, vs julio diaz, or chris algieri (will check them out), but, its not implying that amir khan, and marcos maidana, are similar in style, but more about floyd mayweather being off his game that night...floyd mayweather, not only would have to respect amir khan's speed, but floyd mayweather imo, depends on not being countered when he's countering, and amir khan, if for nothing else, is a very underrated combination puncher, and a very good counter puncher, whose punches can come at some odd angles, a fighter floyd mayweather, really hadn't been in with since zab judah, and zab judah, had very good early rounds success with a more prime Floyd Mayweather, before the meltdown took place...(lol)...in that first maidana fight, maidana's lands came at some odd angles on floyd, its not out of the realm of possiblility that amir khan, could do the same before floyd make his adjustments

Some posters believe best version of Amir Khan eats worst version of Mayweather. I mean it was Khan getting outboxed and timed by Danny Garcia within 2 rounds and it was LP dogging Khan in a close, competitive fight.

Yet the "speed" of Khan would trouble Floyd who had zero issue with Mosley (Khan has zero power anyway so rd 2 isn't happening again), Pac (definitively faster than Khan), or even Judah (who was a more dangerous fighter than Khan ever was when he fought Floyd).

Or Khan clinches too much...but Maidana doesnt? Or Hatton didnt?

It is silly that any speculation exists at all. If you want to measure prime Floyd against prime Sergio at 160 or prime GGG sure, but Khan has never done anything in his entire underachieving career to suggest he could ever win more than 2 rounds against Floyd Mayweather.

            Period. /thread

That dude is straight ******ed. I believe he's finally "recovered" from May 2 and decided to start his anti-Floyd campaign again.

Why would you think AMIR KHAN could do something nobody else could?

Floyd was far too quick to respond to whatever is going on than the pre programmed robot Amir Khan.
