this is a mismatch. brook sucks at 147. porter with his short reach coming forward was the perfect style for him. when he fights southpaws with reach advantage like jo jo dan he gets lit up. spence saw that and that's why they targeted the ibf belt in the first place. they know they are going to run through brook worse than ggg did. styles make fights.

so im less excited about this fight after rewatching brook-jojodan. on the bright side, it does set up the best brackets for the welterweight tournament we all wanted. spence beats brook, thurman beats garcia, and then haymon can make thurman-spence next. oh wait, will probably be in 2022 even though that's not even a marinating kind of fight. the bigger fights will come once someone wins that fight and then the next wave comes into that already established star off two big wins, so like crawford moving up, maybe mikey garcia, or pacquiao or floyd coming back, etc.
