This is the same exact thing I said. Pre-GGG I would had picked Brook 100%. Now, it's kinda hard to say. Not because of skill gap or who's better cause I actually think Brook is better plus more experienced obviously. But because there are too many questions surrounding Brook.

Have to agree with Garcia. I'd also go with Brook over Spence easily, were it not for the GGG demolishing.

Errol Spence is faster and a much more skilled boxer, you'll see... easy night for Spence. The crowd and Brooke will be frustrated!

Nah the weight shouldn't be a problem, he has always been a big WW. Spence is a southpaw and if that right eye opens after a few rounds then it might be downhill from there.

PAC orfkoyd would get discredited beating people coming off of loss
So I'm afraid Spence will as well.
So its naive of Spence to plead not to be discredited

He has always been a big welterweight but now hes coming from 160 where he put on solid mass. I think its much more likely he shows up weak and lethargic than his eye being the issue, lots of guys have suffered that injury without ending up like Marg. The problem with Marg is the fight should have been stopped, his eye was broken in something like the 4th for ***sake.

Still believe the eye can be a bigger issue, only if he gets tagged from a southpaw stance. The weight is a non issue IMO because he has been there before, I don't think he was solid at 160 he just didn't have to shrink himself like he has always done alto make 147.

Another thing is he fought at 160 in September and his next fight is at the end of May. Enough time to ease the weight, the weight is a non issue.

Spence is a young prime lion coming up. I don't think anyone can stop him right now. Brook's experience should help him but I don't know if that eye will hold up. Spence is good enough to get to that eye and do damage as the rounds progress. If that eye puffs up or gives Brook problems I don't see him beating Spence. Coming back down from 160 will also take its toll. Brook gets to fight at home but the timing definitely benefits Spence. A victory for Errol here catapults him to an elite level WW. He is the real deal and I think he will get this win. Brook could be the best WW out there but Spence wants that spot but it is a HUGE step up. This fight is a bit early for Spence but GGG softened Brook up a bit. I'm not writing Brook off by any means but I also can't overlook that busted eye socket playing a major role against a skilled KO artist like Errol. I got Errol by either decision or stoppage due to the eye.
