Maybe he started negotiating already with someone else for a bigger fight? let's not jump into conclusions, Badou Jack is now ranked at number 4 for the WBC belt and maybe that's a fight Stevenson is interested in, or maybe Kathy Duva doesn't wanna negotiate with Ward anymore and is trying now to make the fight happen with Stevenson with the winner fighting Ward for all the belts. If he decides to fight another unknown fighter though then the WBC should just strip him and people should just stop watching or even talking about him.
