I take no sides but last I saw Diva asked for a bid and then bounced. Wasted a TON of ppl $$$$$ and time asking for a bid she planned on dropping. I do that all the time in traffic court. I plead not guilty! And if cop show up don't BS at all.... Got a judge and prosecutor arguing one time. Prosecutor had his whole case set up. And really wanted to showoff. Judge said I had every right to see the witnesses that would testify against??? Duva just wanted to see if Stevenson would show up. And he did and she tapped out like I did.
