      You need to live at least 16 years on the country to be able to do the spanish test.

                  Thanks for the education guys, didn't want to ask the question (Political correctness and all) but am glad I wasn't abuse for asking it. So am guessing he had the option to do the test in Spanish or English... really didn't know that the official language isn't English.
