Walters is the dumbest businessman I've seen in a while and there is some stiff competition for that status in this sport
exactly! salido is going to be the next dummy to do what walters did.salido would have gotten a real good payday (most likely what roman martinez got which was around 400k) if he had faced lomachenko in april instead he waited to rematch vargas in which he made a measly 50k the first time and it ended up blowing up in his face because vargas lost.now loma has an opponent and the next time TR negotiates with salido he will get a worse offer.

I got the $50k figure from the CSAC via Dan Rafael

Anyway I still have some faith in the fight happening this year now that Vargas is out and Berchelt and Miura are tied up with each other. Siri doesn't have many options any more
Well we all know Salido is a warrior and I can't see him turning down the fight if his purse demands are met. That's I only believe about 20% that arum says.
But hopefully your right. Hopefully we see that rematch soon

Gtfoh are you serious ya'll going to ****ride him too aint nobody ducking him idk where he got that from also people seem to forget that he lose to a brawler with more than 10 losses who got destroyed by Mikey and he got schooled by many other fighters don't give that bull**** that he was just getting used to the pros that's garbage this guy has 8 fights and they already have him top three p4p that's the problem with boxing they love to ****ride fighters when they are having a moment of Fame he better stay away from Mikey Robert Easter and tank stay in your lane 126 and 130 is perfect for loma don't get ****y now because you beat rocky Martinez Garry russell has been developed the wrong wagi picked loma to win that fight and a Walters who was out for more than year top rank kept him on the shelf so they knew he won't be sharp come fight night against loma and he definitely don't want that rigo work because reality rigo us the most avoided fighters from 122 to 130

That is why I am asking AGAIN "WHO RAN" from 130? The landscape of the Division is the SAME before Loma moved up! Only thing that changed honestly is that Jezreel Corrales beat Uchiyama and Sosa beat Javier Fortuna and now Berchelt has beaten Vargas and Davis has beaten Pedraza so the Landscape of the Division has changed NOT because people ran more so because guys who was suppose to be the best at 130 lost.

Uchiyama, Walters, Pedraza, Fortuna, Vargas before Loma moved up those was indeed the guys considered the best at 130! All STILL at 130 besides Pedraza who said he is moving up and I think Fortuna moved up

Salido is a living legend in my view, I just wonder if he'd prefer to sit on that Lomachenko win rather than risk it being erased in a rematch. I read that he's smart with his money and he's had a tough career so it's his right to be selective at this stage. It's just the Loma fan in me that badly wants to see how far he's come since that loss

Anyone that says Salido is a chicken or ducker is a complete MORON who knows jack sht about the sport!

And why should Salido even takes less than Loma?? He's already beat him. And they want him to take like 1/2 or 1/3 of what Loma is getting??? Loma needs Salido not the other way around.

Salido can ALWAYS check any boxing site or Wiki it and see Lomachenko has a LOSS to Salido. No matter how much crying and begging you do can't change that.

                Please provide your excuse below...

                  yea that is ridiculous

there are 3/4 fighters on the planet who have the right to behave like a diva when it comes to negotiating

that right has to be earned

love Lomachenko, he is the shht..... but demanding superiority because you have 23 fans and the other guy only has 21..... is ridiculous

IF that fight broke down over the money, then it is Lomachenko's fault..... as he chose to be a businessman, just like he is accusing others of doing

you can't preach one thing, and then do another

love the swag on Loma, dude is a G..... but he should have done everything he could to reverse that upset

Loma/Mikey at 135 would be epic, GOOD fight !

Lomachenko should talk to Garcia, and tell him to stay at 135..... then arrange 2, maybe 3, fights to adjust to the weight

Garcia is bigger/longer than Loma, and is a genuine world-class fighter with great technique and very nice skills..... and he is an assassin, despite being much more boxer, than puncher

a while back I said that Lomachenko will likely become the best fighter in the world, and I will stick with that assessment..... but the last time Loma cut corners, he LOST..... to a guy nowhere near Garcia's level

Mikey =/= Walters..... if Vasyl takes him lightly in any way, he will lose

                    GREAT fight !
