There was no mention of cut off dates until after the first negotiations. You should really know what you're talking about before discussing it. They wanted to do only 3 tests. One 2 months out, one 30 days out and one after the fight. That's not random testing which Pacquiao turned down.

It's not a Pac thing. People singling out Pac, but it was the same with Marg, Cotto, and Pac. It was an Arum thing, they didn't do business together. If McGregor leaves White, Floyd easily makes a fight with him. Pac would never leave Arum.

At people still blaming Mayweather. The fight didn't happen in his prime because Pacquiao refused testing. He was either scared of being exposed as a drug cheat or getting beat and the money train coming to an end. Take your pick.

Has nothing to do with that, im saying why wasnt he aggressively demanding Pacquiao with no issue the way he is doing with Conor who is in another Sport for crying out loud, whenever they asked him about Pac it was do the drug test first, then when pac agree its vacation, then he would ignore talking about Pac, then it came down to ARum, etc
