What's your definition of a "brutha?" I'd like to hear it.

And what I said about Brook, for months, is that he needed to hurry up and honor his mandatory otherwise he needed to give up the belt.

So if this fight really has gotten made then I'll be pleased as punch. Far better for Spence to contest the crown against Brook than against someone like Berto.

And maybe all the pressure that we fans were putting on Hearn and Brook helped tip the balance.

2. Any black American fighter that hasnt been beaten to a pulp by somebody who isnt black or american or both.... cos dey slick yo.

Kell Brook has been roundly slagged off by certain members of this forum and its been matter-of-fact from the sistas that he wasnt gonna take the mando.Now he is.

Noone is giving Brook props for taking his mandatory in the sense of the rules, or because its Spence.. why would you when he fought all his other mando's before??

He gets props from some because he absolutely will have issues getting down to 147.
If people dont want to admit that on here regardless of who they support then they are idiotic. ive even picked Spence to win by decision in the fight.

When posters dont admit theyre wrong, they just instead nitpick and start talking about Kell touching ****s on holiday and every other thing under the sun, it aint cos they support spence, its because they dont like anyone who aint a yank.

To be fair, the "Kell Brook touching ****s" thing was started by British posters who were reporting the rumors of what really happened with the whole machete incident.

As for being proud of American fighters I won't apologize for that. That doesn't stop me from respecting non-American fighters when they are deserving of respect.

And I don't know your stance, but ward gets lambasted by fans for not agreeing to his mandatory fight while Brook waited until literally the 11th hour, after receiving multiple extensions and being warned he would receive no more, to agree to fight and he deserves acclaim? You think if he beats ggg he's here now fighting Spence? No one is talking about brook's footwork in this thread or his reach versus spence's no this thread is all about brooks words and how people did or didn't believe them. Brook has only said he'd fight, we haven't seen a contract or the fight. Be clear with your argument.

I picked him in the fight because i dont think Kells comfortable at 147 anymore.

Spence has a great workrate, can **** hard.

I picked Spence on DC, i dont think he wins by KO or TKO and if Kell wins, especially by a KO,TKO ,RET id ****ing love it.

But for a fight thats quite close, my betting money is going on Spence due to the lines right now.
