He would never have beaten the versions of Roy from 94-96.

MOST of the fighters mentioned DID lose in their prime .

Im not sure if the thread is asking fantasy match ups or talking about a fighter in their own era never going to lose ?

Mike Tyson never lost in his prime and under Rooney had a good shot at defeating anyone .

Roy Jones also has a strong case !

Vitali Klitchko made adjustments after the Lewis fight and was extremely difficult to deal with as well .

You cant ever say NEVER bc odds are someone always loses even on a off night . At their BEST night would be more sensible thread

Welterweight SRR (fighting versus WW's) is worth a mention. 128-1-2 record before losing to Randy Turpin. His lone loss came vs a great MW when he was a WW.

Nobody is unbeatable though. If you fight a great fighter who has the right style to beat you, then you will probably lose.

Edit: His two draws in that period came vs MW's as well.

He was won every fight as WW, fighting WW's.

Willie Pep was 134-1-1 before losing his FW title to Saddler.

His lone loss coming to LW great Sammy Angott.

Im not as familiar with his resume in his prime at FW though.

He lost in his prime lol

I'm going with a name that pretty much defines boxing:

                Muhammad Ali

LOLOL exactly. Only a few fighters would even be eligible to participate in this discussion. If the fighter has already lost in their prime, there's no need to even talk about fantasy matchups.

Fighters who DIDN'T lose in their PRIME.

                    Roy Jones Jr
                    Floyd Mayweather Jr.
                    Pernell Whitaker

Roy Jones Jr., Floyd Mayweather, possibly Muhammad Ali (at least against all the guys he fought later in his career), etc.
